Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a Chinese medicine practice that has been around for over 2,500 years. It is a
complete holistic approach to healing and overall wellness of the mind and body. It is a non-
invasive way to strengthen your body’s ability to heal. Stress, pain, impaired body functions and
other disorders are often due to an imbalance of energy or qi flow in your body, this balance is
referred to as Yin and Yang, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture seeks to
harmonize and restore balance. Fine needles are placed in areas where your body needs
healing, along with other areas to fortify the healing process and balance your body’s energy.
There are many ways acupuncture can help you heal such as: reducing inflammation, muscle
soreness and aches, calming the parasympathetic system, boosting the immune system,
increasing blood flow, reducing stress, promoting relaxation, managing the endocrine system,
and many other benefits.

During this consultation, a history of your health and well-being will be discussed in detail.
Followed by examination and treatment that consist of acupuncture and additional modalities
such as; cupping, gua sha, moxa or tui na.
Return Acupuncture 60 mins – 100$
Includes acupuncture and any modalities needed

Nicole is a registered Doctor of Acupuncture (Dr.Ac) with the college of Acupuncturist of Alberta. Nicole has a passion for women’s reproductive health and menstrual health. She also focuses on cosmetic acupuncture as well. Further she focuses on mental health, digestive disorders, musculoskeletal issues as well. Nicole believes in the holistic approach of health and wellness and is dedicated to helping her clients feel empowered through their healing journey. She is kind and listens attentively to provide individualized treatment plan and diagnosis. When she is not working you can find her adventuring the outdoors with her family and dog.

Rachel Pinard Rmt

Rachel graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology in Windsor, Ontario in 2023 with her 2200 hour massage therapy designation. In July 2024, she relocated to Red Deer with her son. Rachel is trained in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, joint play and trigger point massage. She is also trained in cupping and kinesiology taping. Rachel believes massage has exceptional benefits for aiding healing in the body and looks forward to helping her clients on that journey.
